Feds offered Alberta 17 court judges if it province remodeled its family court system. You can probably by now guess what happened next. cbc.ca/news/canada/ed… by @Jantafrench
@markusoff @Jantafrench The Fed Gov't is getting very tired of Alberta turning down funding because it doesn't want "interference" and strings attached. So saying the funding offered will be spent elsewhere is the proper response. Meanwhile DS whinges and ABtans are falling further behind. Who to blame?
@markusoff @Jantafrench I pay federal taxes. What right do Danielle Smith and her jumped-up unschooled RWNJ TBA supporters have to deny Albertans access to federally offered services we pay for?
@markusoff @Jantafrench Are these judges involved in pedophilia, child sex abuse, trafficking & child pornography? Because that's the first thing that comes to mind when you said "Feds offered Judges..." Remember @RachelNotley's resignation? (NDP/AHS child sex abuse scandals) #ableg #abpoli
@markusoff @Jantafrench add it to the list of child care, school lunches, pharmacare, affordable housing etc. that we're being deprived of to enforce the "we're being screwed" narrative
@markusoff @Jantafrench ‘"The lawyer organizations have been asking for it. Child advocates have been asking for it. Family law practitioners have been asking for it.” Sabir said on Thursday. "But for this government, it's more important to pick fights with the fed gov’t than to do the right thing."’
@markusoff @CanadianinAB @Jantafrench Like a Charles Dickens novel and Alberta is the slums
@markusoff @Jantafrench Video of @UCPCaucus !!! #abpoli #cdnpoli
@markusoff @CBinVAN @Jantafrench Why do UCP elected representatives hate the majority of Alberta residents? It’s 😢.
@markusoff @Jantafrench The no strings attached fiasco. Again. Instead give us the money . Crazy.
@markusoff @Jantafrench Wow, just wow. Arent you guys something? But youre owning the feds, thats the goal it seems.
