37 minutes on phone for @AppleSupport to tell me my Apple Loop Strap is not covered under the 1 year warranty which only covers wear & tear and not accidental damage. So the watch snapping after 8 months is what???? BS warranty @Apple won’t be buying again.

Day 29 waiting on my “next day delivery” update from @lookfantastic. Order now with @fastwaycouriers since 11th Aug and no sign of despatch. 4 emails to @lookfantasticCS and no progress. Altho their Twitter CS keep sending me 💕 and xxx which I’d rather not receive 🙄

Still waiting on my order from @lookfantastic that was placed on 20th July for next day delivery. No response to my a/c emails just lots of 💕 and x’s on Twitter from customer service with no actual update. Avoid like the plague. 🙄
