پوهیږو په افغانستان کې مختلف میلیتونه په مختلفو سیمو کې د پیړیو زوړ دودیز فرهنګي او مالدارۍ ژوند لري. خو د ۲۰۰۱ وروسته، چې هرې موسسې، دولتي او حکومتي ادارې، محلي مسؤلینو او وکیلانو د میلیاردونو ډالرو ضایعه او فساد کړی، داسی دې تباه او برباد شي چې فامیل او خپلوان یي پری وشرمیږي.
