I got so sick these past couple weeks with all the stuff that I've been watching on inside edition and the modern news today? I had to take a break from all that stuff. I focused on watching Netflix on Seinfeld. I saw five episodes it was a relief pray for me

My health right now is going downhill. My mental health is always a question mark because I don't know half the time if I'm manic or if I'm really happy in real life. I am neglectful towards myself. I can really use uplifting life skills. I'm an introvert

It is so weird. I used to write emails in the contact us section of whitehouse.gov it's not a great idea because back in 2011 I tried to send an email with the email that I've been using in the contact us sectionand it said that I was being monitored

Despite the election of @realDonaldTrump both @GOP and @TheDemocrats need to find common ground. Stop this divided language that has torn friends and families apart. Know your worth. There is so much good in the world. Pass bills on a bipartisan basis.

If you only knew how hard it is to manage #symptoms of #bipolardisorder you would want to cry if you don't have symptoms of bipolar. It is so tremendously difficult to manage symptoms. I practice #meditation sometimes but when I do it it feels so much better

I got a beer trim today yesterday I look like a hobo with so much hair on my face it was unbelievable. I was very happy to get a haircut and a beard trim it's really short now and I love it. Styling and profiling love it be good people be good to each other
