Fatigue cna lead to holiday stress. Exposure to sunlight can help with fatigue. Your skin uses sunlight to produce Vitamin D and without it you get moody and fatigued. To help, consider supplementing with Vitamin D3 or trying Red Light Therapy. Want to know more? DM me.

Do you wish you could hibernate? Unfortunately, you’re not really built for hibernation and our society certainly doesn’t promote it. Instead, be creative and try something new, or think back to the things you used to do when you were younger. Then get moving!

What are the TRIGGERS that cause you to overindulge. If you know your triggers, you can plan solutions to them. Planning makes unconscious decision conscious, giving you the opportunity to do the things you want to do, rather than feeling out of control.
