I've been porting an interview test from dotnet with linq to java with streams and it has been quite a ride. Like, streams are neat and all, but so weird to deal with coming from dotnet

Windows 11 impressions so far: it's fine but the task bar really bugs me :( It feels like it wants to be like macOS and not in the way until you hit the start button and it's in the way. Maybe if I wasn't coming from macOS I'd feel different? Also, you can't move it :(

Don't want to wait until windows update will let you get windows 11? Use the assistant to upgrade if you're eligable microsoft.com/en-us/software… I did and then reset the pc to get a fresh version. seems pretty cool so far

Nothing like buying new headphones for yourself for your birthday, have them arrive early, check them out and then have wrap them up and wait until the party to actually get to use them. I just want to listen to the nice tunes :)
