Thanks to people like @sunil_trades today I managed to recover at least something from what I lost on FTX. Read @BitGo FAQ's as there is some waiting to do but didn't run into any issues just have to be patient and wait a few more hours after hitting the withdraw button.

When the connect wallet app appears on a protocol I am using for the first time if I see @Rabby_io and @phantom are supported instantly I am more positive on said app. It's like when trying food the first taste is with the nose, think this is the same for me.
