Sunday morning Tour of RCT. Standard. 😇 First time up an over the Rhigos 🥵 Bike clubs longest ride to date an a fastest top speed, too. Matty clocked 35mph coming down the Rhigos, an now he feels EPIC! That’s fast for me 😎

Perfect weather conditions this morning 🤔 to support Rhyddian, running his Virtual London Marathon. I was with him for the first 500 metres (he does love a fast start!) an then didn’t see him again, till mile 20 🤦‍♂️ Amazing run and support from the PRR crew 👍

Monday bike club, sadly, did not pass without incident. One of the founder members, took a fall, taking part in a water stunt. 🤭 On the positive side, due to the delay, got to use my new bike lights, so.. 💪

Another trip to Cardiff, an my first trip to the floor! Caught handlebars in railings, an went flying! 😲 Sliced my forearm during landing so a little trip (3rd of the day, for those keeping score 😬) to A&E ..🙄 Nothing a bit of glue an sticky strips won’t sort out 💪

Good weekend of running for Matty. Ponty ParkRun PB 18.36 An Lliswerry 8 (Mile) race on Sunday. Tough, fast distance an pouring rain but a new PB of 49.43 👊 I do like my double PB weekends 💪🙂

Early morning run to Ogmore-By-Sea, with the PRR crew 💪 Got battered by the wind an hail at one point, which explains the bouffant! Lovin' breakfast club. Run nineteen miles then fill our faces. It's a good deal, I think..👍🤔
