If I had 1 hour with you to teach email marketing and newsletter growth, here's how I would break it down: 1: Setup @Kit → landing page, automation, template. 2: Content Planning → 6 months of topics, note systems, research, newsletter format. 3: Automations → choose your own adventure automations, surveys, testimonials, welcome series. 4: Monetization → applying the creator value ladder and 7 steps to 7 figures with a newsletter. 5: Subscriber Growth → network effects, paid acquisition with @SparkLoopHQ, partner swaps, social funnels, and seo. If you implement all of these steps and just kept publishing a newsletter every week, you'll be further ahead than 90% of newsletter writers.
6 months of planning? Who actually does that? I mean I'm all for batch creating and planning and never missing your schedule but things change so quick these days. Maybe its just me but I prefer to have my next 2 issues ready and have a process to identify my next 2 issues and I'm golden. Anyone who plans 6 months in advance? Why?
@mattragland @kit Im curious Why @kit ?? There are some other options, why do you recommend kit?
