I've been chronically ill for 40 years. I've had the misfortune of being insured by @UHC for one year . I have never experienced more obfuscation, willful ignorance, and deflection. They will not even answer as to whether or not they have received an appeal. Why @UHC?

This is paywalled but thanks for exposing @UHC I found out in Oct that for the whole year, they've denied calcium during plasmapheresis. That is somewhat akin to denying an IV for a infusion. They don't care. Deny, obfuscate until the patient gives up
