Our spleens are amazing at enforcing Red Blood Cell Quality Control. It squishes each RBC just a bit more than is normally necessary to squeeze through a capillary. If the RBC membrane bursts, it failed the test! What a wonderful way to continuously validate RBC flexibility!!

Total Insulin area under the curve for three meals a day is so much greater for Obese compared with ‘Normal’. The difference is more extreme for insulin resistant people on #LowCarb/#KETO compared with those having 3 high carb meals plus multiple snacks. amazon.com/Williams-Textb…

I’ve noticed that more and more of my plate space is covered in green, as I learn how to better follow a nutrient rich #LCHF / #Keto lifestyle. A little extra butter makes the asparagus as broccoli taste amazing. I’ve never enjoyed food as much as I do now.
