#Irish a difficult language to learn as adult with a unique spelling system, different from #English; but Irish spelling, altho complicated, is more regular. Irish has complex #grammar, with 4 distinct #dialects. Adjectives follow nouns e.g. "an fear mór" (literally the man big).

Why is Welsh #Language more vibrant in Welsh speaking areas (northwest & central #Wales) than Irish in #Gaeltacht in Ireland-Welsh spoken everywhere in Wales but Irish is still usual n #Ireland? But #Irish was very weak in 1922 (Irish #independence) when 37% of #Wales spoke Welsh
