Hi @PayPal - I've been trying for MONTHS to get an issue sorted. Took me five phone calls to finally get someone who appeared to know what they were talking about. Alas - was not so. Now my bank says I owe them over $600 because of the issue your staff DID NOT fix. Thoughts?

So @zoom_us - is it just me or is your platform having issues keeping up with demand? Given the opportunity to over deliver during #covid19 , I hope the constant freezing, etc. becomes a priority :)
