I hate getting emotionally attached way too easily, i get oversensitive, i notice every slight change in their way of talking, living. I let my feelings get too deep. Voilà! They suddenly simply disappear & my strength is completely gone! This is #depression #depressionIsReal

When normal people look at flowers, they see hope, happiness and positivity. Normal! Right?! But it just reminds me of funerals, our beloved ones in grave, our end, disappearing like we have never existed. I guess i forgot what normal used to feel like. This is #depression

Everybody tells me how normal it is to feel sad. But this is not just sadness! I feel internally ripped into a million part! I feel that my brain is getting slaughtered into small layers of pain! What is the SOLUTION!!! This is not normal! This is #Depression #Anxiety

I couldn’t get the idea of my hair imprisoning my soul out of my head! I was caged in it& my only choice was to cut down the bars. I gave up to my mind-hell. I didn’t fall in tears! I felt emptiness & cruelty burning inside my cold heart &realized that this is #depression

I can’t remember what sleep used to be. I feel tired, frustrated, angry& exhausted. My insomnia is killing me everyday expanding to an infinite level. My #Anxiety is keeping me away & my insomnia is literally putting my life into a freez mode of overthinking. This is #Depression
