checked the scales for the first time in a few months and idk why i did that, it triggered me immediately and i had to purge. i only gained 5lbs but when i look in the mirror it looks like my old body and i can’t deal with that. i’m going to get strict again

my mind has told me i dont need to lose weight anymore as long as i’m gaining muscle so that seems like a cheat but it’s making me feel less guilty since i gain muscle easily

people literally don’t care if someone recovers from an ed unless they’re already skinny. they’ll justify their lack of care abt overweight ppl with ed’s as “but they NEED to lose weight, they’re unhealthy” as if lacking the vital nutrients from restriction isn’t unhealthy

over ate this week but lost 5 pounds? i mean i dont think i went over my tdee but defo over my cal limit, maybe i need to start high res? idk it seems to be making me lose weight faster than normal
