In this project, Prof. Sato and collaborators develop porous materials that can separate, adapt, and even switch chirality which pave the way for innovations in carbon capture and energy-efficient technologies.

We elucidated the photoreaction mechanism of a fast negative photochromic molecule that becomes colorless upon visible-light irradiation and rapidly regains its color once the irradiation is stopped. -now published in @J_A_C_Spubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
