Then @Instacart your ignorant customer service rep emails me this ridiculous email telling me it’s remaining frozen until I reverse the dispute. Mind you I spend HUNDREDS A WEEK using your service but your hellbent on my reversing a $99 dispute

ON MONDAY I get an email from Jaime @PNCBank. 4 calls & 4 emails to her, & NO RESPONSE BACK. Prob just sent an email to shut me up
So here's PROOF, my act. was hacked at 7:35 and @PNCBank clearly noticed this wasn't me. So why didnt you freeze my act for my protection?

I have had my bills try to come out of my debit account, and now have unpaid bills AND fees. What you going to do about that @PNCBank ?

Today is day SEVEN without any money to my name, thanks to the lack of protection on my bank account by @PNCBank.
