I have walked into Hardy Boys on all of my Camp North End visits because the space is so appealing. It is such a welcoming design (well lit, transparent, good merchandising) that it commands you.

Spending the afternoon in suburban ATL. More to share, but one thing that really jumps out is the vital role of intensive landscaping throughout a project. Road surfaces, beds, variety, all help elevate a project. Camp North End (CLT represent), Serenbe, and Trillith.

Another really good show. Even if you aren’t in the market for a $15MM coastal project in CA, doing some political spadework on prominent projects is an excellent tip. Saw a $70MM project slow walked because the buyers didn’t listen to what the city expected.

Cross over the bridge, pass the *Waffle House Museum*, go down an unpaved road, and park hard next to the rail yard, you’ll find Wild Heaven. Just like @iononrecourse described. 88F rarely feels so cool.
