My depression has been winning. It‘s so discouraging after the improvements I’ve seen but Dan hasn’t let me quit. He’s sent me out for quiet me time. Brought food to me in bed. Took care of A. Got me out of bed for a walk + coffee. I’m so grateful for his unconditional love ♥️

Clearly. When I’m overly stressed and having anxiety attacks almost 3 times a day.. I fuck everything up at my job.. 🙃🙃🙃 so like. Can we fast forward a few months
