Abusive bosses don't drive performance. They undermine it. 471 studies, 149k people, 36 countries: in aggressive workplaces, we do poorer work, collaborate less, and shirk more. Incivility breaks confidence and breeds resentment. The best way to get results is to show respect.

A really nice causal study shows that gaming improves key psychological factors. Matches what we have seen from other research. I love that buried in the study is the finding that most people benefit the most from getting a Switch, except for hardcore gamers who gain from a PS4.

We've been working on universal prompts that can be used for education, including team reflections (lost of prompts here, and more soon: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cf…) Generally, complex prompts are cross-compatible with ChatGPT, Bing (which uses GPT4), and Claude, but not with Bard.
