Why do fruit flies be everywhere but at the supermarket. Ain’t that like they Golden Corral like leave my house alone wth
@michele1ok That big ass gust of wind when you walk into a store is what keeps them away. I need some shit like that at the crib
@michele1ok Pour boiling water down your sinks every night.
@michele1ok soon as you walk out the door
@michele1ok I Might Be Wrong But I Think It’s Bc They Usually Target Fruits In A ‘Room Temperature’ & ‘Warm’ Places. Supermarkets Usually Got AC Blowing In That Mf. So They Cant Eat Fruits In Unlikeable Conditions…. Ppl Usually Put Fruits In The Kitchen & I Dont Think Your Kitchen Cold af
@michele1ok This one or the Zevo one has changed everything
@michele1ok If you have a houseplant, they breed lay eggs in the dirt. If you don’t treat it, they come up seasonally. It just takes one fruit fly that has already mated to get inside your house.
@michele1ok Cover your kitchen drains, don’t have food laying out, my trash can is in its own small closet - where the door remains closed, and get one of these and leave it on overnight
@michele1ok Put a bowl or cup of apple cider vinegar near where you see them and watch them drown themselves.
@michele1ok this how we ALL feeling fr💔
@michele1ok This seems … like a recycled post, is it? 👀
@michele1ok Every morning at work a fruit fly dives into my coffee.. every morning
@michele1ok I notice quite a few fruit flies this summer too. I put a couple of cups of apple cider vinegar on the kitchen counter and it took care of them. Then I bought some bananas and suddenly I have them again.
@michele1ok room temperature in your home.
@michele1ok @tlknshit Make yourself some clove tea light candles….you can light the tea light and once the wax is melted add 4-5 cloves and light at least 4 of those tea lights all over the area! It smells good but gets flies out!
@michele1ok Gnats don’t be standing a chance in my house 🤲🏽👏🏽 🤲🏽👏🏽 🤲🏽👏🏽
@michele1ok they’re coming through the drains, especially if you live in an apartment; keep them closed, and pour boiling hot water with white vinegar down them once a month
@michele1ok Boiling water down the drains or get the fruit fly killer from Lowe's.
@michele1ok Avoid bananas for some reason everytime I get bananas i get an infestation
@michele1ok The struggle 😩 *Pro tip: Get one of those “electronic fruit fly traps” that are available on @amazon. They work beautifully.
@michele1ok If you have a lot of indoor houseplants sometimes the soil you buy will come with fungus gnat eggs I use this stuff in my houseplants to kill the larvae a.co/d/6b0qz9k
@michele1ok That’s why I keep my fruits in bags whenever I can 🙂↕️ and take my trash out more frequently in the hotter seasons 😭
@michele1ok A lot of the times it’s from your drains
@michele1ok my great grandparents kept their house at like 60 degrees and they never had any trouble with flies or other bugs because it was too cold. I think part of it is that grocery stores are pretty cold.
@michele1ok Speaking of fruit & the supermarket, have yall noticed how bad the quality of fruit is now?! Like it looks spoiled at the grocery store!
@michele1ok wash your fruits and veggies. especially bananas and potatoes.
@michele1ok Because the grocery store is too cold and the eggs only hatch in heat (like in your trash can at home). Yes, almost all our fruit is covered in eggs. You’re welcome. 🙃😅😂
@michele1ok I be like as a fly who can fly anywhere in the world why would u just limit yo self to my kitchen, gtfo please
@michele1ok Like! There’s two currently terrorising my house but I’ve thrown out any fruit already AND deep cleaned. Why are you still here?? 😡😡 grabbing the raid now !
@michele1ok Put apple cider vinegar in a water bottle or whatever you want to use add a drop of dishwashing liquid.
@michele1ok If you, like me, eat bananas the problem is that when you buy them in the store they already have fruit fly eggs on them and they hatch in your house. As soon as I bring bananas through the door—is to wash them under running water. This kills the eggs—no fruit flies at all.
@michele1ok Put some respect on golden corrals name…
