It called National Team “duty” for a reason. Players serve at the pleasure of the National Team, not the other way around. It is an honor and a privilege, not a right or an option. USMNT wanted Pulisic to play in the Gold Cup and Pulisic didn’t want to. It matters, but moving on.

@GolazoAmerica @JimmyConrad @CharlieDavies9 @TMeola1 If Pulisic or any other player are too tired for the Gold Cup, then they are too weak to play in the world cup. Why have them on the team? So they can quit when it gets too hot or when we play a difficult team at the world cup. Build around Luna and Adams. They care.
