Why doesn't Google use their own search tech for their own products? Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive - all terrrrrible search experiences. Tbh, same is true for pretty much any in-product search e.g. Stripe, Intercom etc

@mike_heap_ A unified surge capability is pretty high in the capabiliy maturity for search. But you'd think they would've nailed no it since they basically invented it

@mike_heap_ Gmail search isn’t too bad in my experience. But maybe that’s just because I’ve had to use Outlook
