Got to say that yesterday was the first time I have had terrible interaction with team members at @UniversalORL - but to have them with multiple team members within the space of an hour made it 10x worse, some actually just displaying plain rudeness. Very disappointed

Hi @cineworld - tried to book cinema tickets today and it says my card is not active because I haven’t made a payment - my second payment isn’t due for 2 weeks. Tried to get discount at cinema today and was told card has been inactivated. What’s going on??
