Visited Liam Jarnecki last wk. Full of humour, opinions & plans for what time he had left - incl seeing West Ham for final time. Adapting to his illness without anger. In a final joke he said he hoped to outlive the flowers I brought him. I’m not sure he did. A beautiful man.

I had this letter from the Prime Minister, I think it's quite explanatory and it was the rules that we mere mortals were following. We MUST stay at home, only allowed out for 4 specific reasons. If we didn't the police would fine us. Can't see the words "follow your instincts"
