Another reminder just because something has "Monad" in its name doesn’t mean it’s affiliated with Monad. If it’s not from official accounts (main/dev/eco/APAC/Keone/James etc.) - it’s not real (and potentially not safe). As mainnet approaches expect grifters to ride the hype
@mikeinweb Its pretty crazy how many of these there are atm. Tons of accounts just using Monad name for engagement. and tbh not only that, but also random testnet mints by community members and all sorts of stuff like checkers etc. people rush to click random links without thinking.
@mikeinweb i will call myself BenjaMonad from now on
@mikeinweb Stay mindful when taking in information.
@mikeinweb so monad mainnet isn't affiliated w monad until monad tweets about it first makes sense
@mikeinweb im affiliated with Monad.
@mikeinweb stay safe out there, only trust official accounts and me
@mikeinweb we will see lot of impersonated account soon.
@mikeinweb My first experience in crypto ended badly because i got excited and rushed. Since then i check a few times and ask if it's the case before i click
@mikeinweb Better safe than sorry, I'm only taking updates from the official monad page
@mikeinweb This had to be said in the clear fr To avoid victims of influence/engagement backed projects giving all their trust because they see a "MonadFi" or "nadNFT" or wot not
@mikeinweb non-grifter here 😪 time to retire the "Monad" and go with just Whisper
@mikeinweb I can already sense, based on the scale of Monad, how much scam there will be. I'll do my best to cover
