I arrived in HK from Singapore today and I was through the airport in about 30 minutes which is huge improvement on the 4 hour hell back in August. But I still need to go to a PCR test centre 3 times in the next 7 days, no doubt increasing my risk of catching it 🤦

I woke up to a beautiful sunny day, I rode my bike in a government funded MTB park, hopped on a ferry to the city and headed to work with a fantastic team of people from all over the world. Hong Kong is a fantastic place.... Please can we let people visit us. #hk #hkcovid

The HK government's 5 principles cited in this article need an update. I would suggest 1. Maximise community immunity through natural and vax 2.prevent health system overload 3.Balance health(mental and physical) with economy and social cohesion. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

The doctor says your hip is showing signs of degeneration… not much we can do until it needs replacing don’t run. Physio says your hip is in good shape just too tight, 6 treatments later I’m back on the bike and running, feeling 99%. Moral of the story get a good physio!

HK gets its first blast of the NE monsoon, which means cooler dryer weather. One of the many highlights of living in HK. This is super early and not because of climate change but because of the cycles of the moon. Moon power is not to be underestimated.
