A regular part of my winter mental health cycle is apathy. The other day, I found myself asking “what do I even enjoy in day to day life?” So now every time something is enjoyable, I write it down so I don’t forget! What’s a little thing you enjoy in day to day life? ☺️

My story isn’t the only story, nor is it the central story of what happened on Jan 6th. It is just one story of many of those whose lives were endangered at the Capitol by the lies, threats, and violence fanned by the cowardice of people who chose personal gain above democracy.

Hello I have some updates! - I’m going on an indefinite hiatus from streaming bc I am no longer enjoying it the way I was before - I’m working on a life coaching certification - I’m applying for my masters to become a counsellor I will be back on Twitter full time next week 💕
