Nursing homes are a challenge!

In memory of my daughter,Alicia, who died by suicide 7yrs ago today, I ask for better funding for mental health care to: 1) Reduce entry requirements and wait-times. 2) Provide more continuity of necessary care for severe chronic mental illness. God bless sweetie.#BellLetsTalk

Infants, even before they can talk, show a preference for examples of helpful behaviour and turn away from illustrations of harm. The conclusion is that basic human nature is positive and kind. Therefore, cultivating warm-heartedness and compassion is something we can all do.
