I don't see why being proven guilty in a court of law should be a prerequisite for expulsion from congress. That's an incredibly low bar for maintaining any kind of ethical behavior.

There is a solution to the U.S. House Speaker stalemate. A coalition of Democrats need to partner with Republicans to elect a leader who will marginalize the extremes on both sides and get our Congress governing again. They owe it to the American people.
