She does not hold the power to overturn any act of Parliament. To do as you suggest, she would need to introduce new legislation. It would need to be debated and voted on in both houses and then get Royal Assent. It was not Cooper’s decision. She only proposed the legislation. The decision to proscribe was passed in parliament. Remind me, where did you get your education?
