Let me try to withdraw I tried to withdraw and after giving a try in 4-5 atms the problem was persistent. Agent manipulated me saying hold for. 15 min u will be able to withdraw and cutt the call even after few hours the problem is persistent and I could withdraw the amount.

Then somehow the agent got connected and she said another agent will call in sometime to verify the same then account will get freezed out. Well with no option left u was again agreed for the same. And finally at 12:30 it got freezed out. Agent was in call with me I said hold.
