Pathetic customer support by @zomato @zomatocare my order was cancelled without informing me and my kids were waiting for the order. They are now harrasing customer because of there monopoly.Switching to @swiggy_in hope better experience there.And Zomato customer support is worst

I have been informed that if i get 2 credit cards then my limit will be getting 50k for amazon pay icici credit card and 50k for coral credit card and now i am getting combined 50k only. I have been misinformed @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care @amazonpay. Please get this right

@EcomExpress_Ofc tracking id 2653222308 shows delivered however the order has not been delivered. No help from the support team. Contact-8820979041, Navnit Gautam. Ordered from RDKLU. The customer support is pathetic and gives no care to customer feedback.

Pathetic service now a days by @myntra poor quality products and also now they have started giving incomplete products and when you complaint you dont even get the refund back to your account.. Good experience with @myntraSupport. More than 20 days still not recvd the refund.

Order id- OD118680515874271000, I had ordered sparx shoes and to my horrendous experience what is recieved from.flipkart is a pair of worn out dirty slippers packed in a sparx brand box. And the most horrible part is that my complaint was rejected irresponsibly.

For special offer of @zomatoin I tried contacting amazon through mail and call. They are now telling that this offer was valid till 31st December. & There representative mailed me on 9th January 2018 which clearly states that offer was there when I purchased.

@Airtel_Presence @Airtelindia @Airtel pathetic customer service.. It is only when you need money your representatives call us again and again. Its been over 72hrs and no Broadband connection has been installed yet at my place. Hv alrdy paid for ARP. Attached is the image for ref.
