What the hell @CapitalOne? First you don’t give me my direct deposit and blame an outside vendor. Then when I try and call, after verifying my information, your automated system just continuously hangs up on me. Do I need to find a new bank or what?

Hey @ATTBusiness, you don’t seem to want new business internet customers. Been on hold for over 30 minutes just to get a quote for internet. Also, your recording keeps telling me to go online and use the online chat option. Online chat is offline and not working.
