Went on a walk, and bought myself some coke zero, rice cakes (safe food) and cottage cheese^^ I think I might be able to walk 10k steps everyday now, even more :'O But I'm still fat unfortunately (after 3 weeks of binging, that's your prize Moth) š
Unintentionally fasted today! Well, that's good because I ate 1600 cals yesterday anyway
My mom tried to give me some rice cakes (whole package, 400 cal) but I declined politely (I love you mom, but I don't want to)
It's questioning and creeps me out when I don't feel really weak/I don't have headaches (because I haven't eaten a lot).. and tbh that's sad, because it keeps me in the feeling of control (at the same time I'm aware that my health is getting bad again)
Happy that school starts because I can walk more, mostly omad and not always think about food!!
