Is this: Sinus AT (right before the green circle) Green circle - NSVT or SVT w abberancy Blue underline - sinus Purple underline - 2nd degree AV block AT Back to Sinus For the green circle, if I’m right that it’s AT before would that lean abberancy as opposed to NSVT?

Told re-entry SVT but having trouble figuring type Pt HR initially 180s at clinic ECG A - patient w/ chest discomfort radiating to clavicles & neck ECG B - after pt felt “big thump” ECG C - baseline of pt D - are arrows p waves or artifacts? Circle slight delta?

My THA post-op recovery was a little more eventful than anticipated. 3 rapid responses - sorry care team! Didn’t know what micturition syncope was but I sure do now. And antibiotics, while wonderful, continue to be my frenemy. Hoping hip #2 is a little less eventful.

I have many ABX delayed reaction allergies. Just figured out my vancomycin reaction likely due to me having HLA-A*32:01. Messaged my allergist about it & the response I got back was not enthused. Sigh. Like I found the why! Isn’t that interesting?
