یه روزی دویدن رو شروع میکنی ، با دلیلی که فقط خودت میدونی. اون روزای اول خیلی سخته ولی دووم میاری. حالا از اون روز خیلی گذشته و نه اون دلیل قبلی اذیتت میکنه و نه درد پاهات ؛ اما تو هنوز میدویی و ازش لذت میبری ! #رانینگ
یکی نیست به بعضیا بگه آخه تویی که تا حالا یه کیلومتر هم ندوییدی ، بیخود میکنی نظر تخصصی در مورد دویدن و آسیب هاش بدی !
تا وقتی دویدن رو یه رشته ورزشی به حساب نیاری و فکر کنی بدون مربی کارت پیش میره ، از درد و آسیب هم گلایه نکن !!

@Honeyeli_ تغییر ! اگه چیزهایی که قبلا قابلیت خوب کردن حال رو داشتن الان ندارن ، باید کمی تغییر کنن. هدفمند بشه ، محیط تغییر کنه ، شکل تازه‌ای پیدا کنه!

چند روز پیش یه بنده خدایی گفت: چرا انقدر سختش میکنی؟ یه دوییدن که این حرفا رو نداره! دوست عزیز «دو» یا #رانینگ یه رشته ورزشیه و هر رشته ورزشی نیاز به یادگیری اصولی داره 💯
پناه بر خدا ؛ از کجا فهمیدی هر چی میدوئم نمیرسم ؟!
شاید حفظ این وضعیت نشونه تعادل مطلوبی باشه ولی ما به فاکتور هایی فراتر از تعادل نیاز داریم !!
