Found a stock trading below net-cash and generating positive FCF over the last 10 years. It also has a compensation claim owed (the court agreed it’s owed the money), worth triple the current market cap, when it gets paid. If the comp never gets paid out, it’s a 50%-100% flip.…

Found an interesting deep-value stock recently. Saga Furs Oyj (SAGCV). NCAV Ratio = 0.5 TBV Ratio = 0.3 Negative EV P/5Y FCF Ratio = 1.2 It's generated positive cash-flow 80% of the time over the past 5 years. 9% dividend yield. Is it a value-trap?
