@PLDT_Cares 13 days na kaming walang internet tapos 5th repair ticket na ‘to in just a month. No one’s responding to my calls sa hotline. Puro automated response. You closed my previous repair ticket pa of 10 days without proper resolution.

Hindi ako pala rant pero yawa kayo pldt messenger, telephone at nagpunta nako sa office nyo wala pa rin umiintindi ng internet repair ko? 5 days without internet is just fck up. Wala kayong sense of urgency sa totoo lang.
