I have tried for years to #LoseWeight and when I actively try it doesn't work, without trying I lost half a stone!? #BeKind to yourself, enjoy yourself, #enjoyyourbody #embraceyourself and you know what, enjoy your food but in moderation #beproudofwhoyouare

Since I have avoided #weighing myself on the scales every week,I have dropped a dress size and entered the #14stoneclub instead I enjoy being active #running or going to the #gym I implore people to do what they enjoy and let things happen #naturally

Fantastic science show @SpecSciShow with @Astronomer_Mark at @mcmillantheatre today. Entertaining and fascinating even for me, a fellow science lecturer! My 10 year old daughter loved it and said that Mark should be a stand up comedian scientist 😂
