मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि गोदरेज जैसी प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी के उत्पादन और उनके अधिकारी इतने गैर जिम्मेदार कैसे हो सकते हैं?
फिर मैं उनसे फ्रिज बदल कर देने की रिक्वेस्ट की जो पूरी होने में उन्होंने 1-2 दिन, 1-2 दिन करते हुए 72 दिन निकाल दिए। फिर काफी मिन्नतों के बाद मुझे रिप्लेसमेंट के तौर पर इस मॉडल का दूसरा फ्रिज दिया गया। दुर्भाग्यवश वह भी फ्रिज 15 दिन में खराब हो गया। कंप्लेंट नंबर 01537708 ।
फिर 16/06/2025 को फिर से फ्रिज खराब हो गया। कंप्लेंट नंबर P1606797083 l फिर कंपनी ने बोला कि इसकी हिटर कॉइल खराब हो चुकी है, और हम स्पेयर भेज रहे हैं। भेजने में उन्होंने 30 दिन बर्बाद कर दिए।
जो 09/06/2025 से ही प्रॉब्लम देने लगा। फिर मैं कंपनी को कंप्लेंट की (P0906796060) और फ्रिज पर बड़े अक्षर में लिखा हुआ था " Works without Stabilizer", फिर भी उनके सर्विस इंजीनियर ने मुझे उन्हीं के पास से स्टेबलाइजर खरीदने लगाया। मैंने वह भी खरीदा भी ।
मैं मानता हूं यह मेरी गलती थी, कि मैं अपने परिवार की पसंद को अनदेखा करके एक भारतीय ब्रांड का रेफ्रिजरेटर लेने की जीद की @GodrejAppliance । मैंने @GodrejAppliance का नया लाॅंच हुआ Refrigerator RT EONREGALIS 517B मॉडल 11/09/2024 को रु.50000 का खरीदा, जिसको 10 साल की गारंटी थी।
