@ICICILombard @BWBusinessworld Been trying for last 15 days to renew - no resolution from cust care on email or phone. Downloaded app, went online but either policy shows N/A or no way to renew. What tech does ICICI uses that they can not even take premium?

@ICICILombard @BWBusinessworld The worst insurance policy. Arbitarily it introduces terms which aren't there in the policy. Cheating in covid times. Not only disallowing expenditures arbitarily but also introducing terms that rnt there in the policy. Fraudulent practices
