I work in Mental Health. I noticed a theme as I went through my day today. My clients are saying they feel calm, this will pass, and telling me how they are sharing the coping skills myself and my co-workers have taught them with others.

You know the feeling you get when you go to the store now and they are out? Remember this feeling, because lots of people feel this on a regular basis, even when the items are on the shelf, because they can't afford them.

I don't use twitter very often because I don't have very many followers, but then if I used it more often, I might get more followers.

Reflecting on this past year, I’m more hopeful than ever in our nation’s ability to come together and turn the page toward a better future. Let’s get to work.

Just wanted to say that I am not usually a tattoo person, but the tattoo of the hummingbird that @zeldawilliams got is beautiful.

Penny's owner helped me catch Pepper after she escaped. Not Good. Now Pepper thinks that if she gets out it will get her a play date.

She's sitting near her bowl, I am at the computer. @ 6 min, she walks over and taps me on the knee and sit/stays. Almost done... OK, Eat :)

Supper Time: Pep is doing the sit/stay command for food. She's up to waiting 6 min 30 sec. All is going well. To be continued...

I take her outside so she can potty, but she takes me to her friends house and whines because she wants to have the play date today LOL.

Pepper is Funny. I was texting her friend's owner to arrange a play date for next week. Pep whines to go outside. To be continued...

Update #7 My Mom passed away on Sept 13, 2013. The same day as our All Staff Day at work. I went anyway to take my mind off it.

Update #6 I left my Job with Cardinal Services on Nov 5, 2012. I started working at the Bowen Center on Jan 30, 2013.

Update #5 My Dad passed away on 10-11-12. He ordered a necklace for me right before the accident and I ended up buying it.
