For my job I had to take a class and get certified as a “community health worker” which is a whole new designation of medical worker created for the sole purpose of having someone who will speak to and treat patients like humans because doctors can’t/won’t.

As an esthetician, I do not make a doctor’s salary, yet I wear a surgical grade respirator daily. It is that easy. I haven’t been sick in 5 years. Half of my clients are healthcare workers, and I have to protect myself from them.
