I often turn to motivational speeches to get me moving, cleaning, or doing whatever it is I need to be motivated. When it gets old, I turn it off and listen to music. It may seem cheesy😆 but it is a good boost: youtu.be/Fj1q02w6NmQ Do what works for you!

How do I get help cleaning? I explain to my kids it is not optional, I break it into chunks (5-15 minutes each), and I play cleanup music. This is my go to: youtu.be/OwZzfu_R2kQ I actually catch my 5 year old singing this song sometimes through the day. #cleannup #kidsclean

So, serious question...what about these bottom cabinets? I imagine I am supposed to sand them down even where the damage is and coat it with something after painting to protect it. Does anyone have any experience with this?
