The same way how a doctor who sleeps < 3 hours/day (resident) advises patients to have a sound sleep. The same way the person with the most sedentary life and high stress job (doctor) tells patients to be active and stress-free.

Doctors should get help from neighbours and friends. It is impossible to take care of the house and perform duties at the same time. If you support them today, they will be thankful to you. If you are insensitive now, get ready for the same treatment tomorrow when u r in trouble

If you are insensitive towards them, remember doctors can get insensitive towards you as they are products of society. Once that happens, things change for the worse. Never take things granted. You are alive today because of a doctor. Be thankful to that.
