@ConsumerCourt_ @AmazonHelp @JagoGrahakJago_ Recd a damaged product from Amazon. Sent photos several times and following up for refund or replacement since 2 months but they are denying. Now refusing to reply to emails and tweets also. Please help as the amount is not small.

@AmazonHelp Email response recd -we will not be able to provide any additional info in this regard than what has been already provided.As this resolution is certain, further requests to review ur order for the same will not receive a response. What do you expect? Leave my money?
