A few years back I applied for a director role and didn't get it. I ended up working for the company as an IC anyway because I really liked them. But I was bummed for sure. In hindsight, not getting that role turned out to be a great thing for me in the long run.

President Trump is claiming he “won” Georgia and Pennsylvania but now things are being rigged because more votes are coming in. FACT CHECK: He is wrong. Votes are still being counted. That is how elections work in the Unites States.

Launched a new app for client 3 weeks ago on AppSync, 5,000 users later, 100,000+ API calls per day, 99% cache hit rate, 0 problems, and 90% of AWS cost is on AppSync cache (T2.Small). Easily one of the most complex things I've ever built (in a few weeks). Gotta love #serverless!
