For FortiOS MR3Patch12, need to be on MR3Patch11 first - not supported to upgrade straight to MR3Patch12
FortiOS 4.3.8 has just been released but don't upgrade to it due to bugs with AntiSpam - interim build 633 seems to work much better
FortiOS 4.3Patch6 which was released 16-March seems to be quite stable and well proven so far.
FortiOS4.0MR3patch3 (4.3.3) is out! Fixes quite a few bugs though I found 4.3.2 already quite stable. 4.3 could be ready for primetime now

If using FortiGates, stay away from 4.0MR2patch6 - it's got a nasty fw policy bug for interface any! Try the recently released 4.0MR2patch7
