Spent last week in Williamsburg and I’m a huge fan. McCarren park with tennis courts, La bicyclette sourdough, Maison Premier for oysters, blue bottle only decent coffee, which was fine, L’industrie and Fini za. Checks most boxes for me.

Recently decided life is too short to be eating 1 day old sourdough
I truly believe one of the things you should strive for in life is eating as much food as possible while still looking and feeling good.
These are my macros on a regular day of movement (2 hours of tennis). I’ve lost 25 lbs in this year and if I was eating this much at the start of the year I’d be gaining weight.
A sign of great health: eating plenty of calories without gaining weight A sign of poor health: needing to eat very few calories just to lose weight
